Key commercial terms

When booking a retreat, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for reading the full retreat listing before making a commitment to book it

  • You enter into a legally binding contract to book a retreat when you commit to booking a retreat and you complete the check-out payment process

Refund Policy

You can simply return items with their included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. In addition, please note the following refund items:

  • The products arrive damaged

  • The products arrive defect

  • The products arrive without our brand tags or hygiene stickers

Please provide us with an unboxing video to proceed

  • The products arrive damaged

  • Sale items are not allow to be return

To proceed a refund, return and exchange items might takes up to 14 days and without unboxing video sadly we are not allow to proceed.

For any undamaged product, you won't be able ask for refund, return or exchange.
