COVID 19 RULES AND REGULATIONS

COVID-related cancellation policy

If you are no longer able to attend your booked Gypsea Retreat due to covid (copy of your PCR/RAT test & evidence of covid registration from your relevant health state department to be shown) and need to cancel at any time before the commencement of the retreat, you may receive your choice of either:

  • Refund of the retreat cost minus the booking deposit or

  • Full credit to transfer to a later trip with Gypsea Retreats valid for up to 1 year


 

NON- COVID related cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your trip:

  • The $499 deposit is NON - REFUNDABLE If you cancel 30 days before the retreat commences

  • A refund or booking credit for a future Gypsea Retreat, minus the booking deposit (as this is non-refundable) within 30 days of the retreat NO REFUNDS

Transferring to another retreat

You can transfer to another date up to 30 days before the original retreat commences

Transfers are only applied to the same length of retreat at a later date

Failed to attend the retreat or leave before completion

NO REFUNDS (Medical Certificate is required if non-participation is due to medical reasons)​

Failure to Pay

All payments must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat commencing.

If failed to do so, your participation is canceled.

If we cancel a retreat

You will receive a full refund including the booking deposit or full credit to a future Gypsea Retreat.
